Quinn is very knowledgeable and advised me on ways to get my investment property ready for sale. Somehow we ended up with three offers and it sold for over asking price! He guided me through the repair process and arranged contractors to evaluate and give estimates. He guided me throughout the transaction and took care of all the details, making things very easy for me. I recommend him 100%.
